I’m Laura
And I’m so glad you’re here.
Welcome to a space where you can slow down and return to yourself.
Whether you're in the middle of a big transition, sensing it's time for a shift, or simply feeling the pull to reconnect with your own voice, I’m honored you’ve landed here.
My work is rooted in presence, honest listening, and the kind of attention that helps you hear what’s true for you. This isn’t about fixing or striving harder. It’s about remembering who you are and what becomes possible when you live and love fully from that deeper place.
I've spent nearly thirty years in physical healing, as a physical therapist and as a longtime teacher of therapeutic yoga. I've witnessed how our bodies carry the stories, the stressors, and the sensations we often don’t have words for.
Healing has always run deeper than the body to me. It lives in the quiet moments, the unseen shifts, the places where words run out and something underneath begins to soften.
After years in clinical care, I created Enliven to offer something more spacious. I bring the same attuned presence I offered patients - plus a deep love of connection to this 1:1 work. A single moment of clarity, a real breath, or a new way of seeing can change everything.
My Story
“I can’t recommend Laura enough. She is super knowledgeable, takes the time to really listen and helps build a plan that’s attainable, which was huge as a new mom of twins. She checked in between sessions and even after when I did not have a follow up on the schedule. She has a great network in the community for other specialist referrals as well. Appreciate you so much, Laura!”

A Little More About Me
I come alive near the ocean. Nature steadies me - sunshine, mountain air, the rustle of trees.
I love thoughtful conversation over good meals, books that stir something deep, and the small rituals that make ordinary days feel sacred. My steady-hearted husband and I share many of those moments.
I'm a mother of two remarkable daughters, each finding her own path. Walking alongside our oldest through her gender transition has taught our family profound lessons in unconditional love, resilience, and truth. It opened something in all of us.
I'm a deep-feeling loyalist who has learned, slowly, to meet fear by leaning in-staying curious, listening closely, and trusting the connection. This shapes how I show up with clients: present, attuned, and real.
